How it works
Set up once. Approve each upload.
Mattson Automation modules plug into the tools you already use. You keep control: nothing is submitted on your behalf until you approve it.
1. Get set up
- Create your account and confirm you are an authorized Kinetico dealer.
- Subscribe in Stripe TEST from Billing. The one-time setup fee is $129.00. Live keys are not used.
- Add your intake address, intake+<dealer-slug>@mattsonautomates.com, as a ServiceTitan employee so scheduled reports arrive automatically.
- Connect your registrations-only Kinetico portal user in Settings. Its credentials are stored in a secret manager, never in email or plain text.
2. Every week
- Your ServiceTitan install report arrives at your intake address.
- The module matches serial numbers to customers and install addresses, and checks them against the Kinetico portal list.
- If something is missing, your team gets a short email asking for it.
- A batch is prepared for your review on the Registrations page.
3. You approve, it registers
- Approve or reject each batch. Approved batches are registered with Kinetico.
- You are billed only for registrations Kinetico confirms. While PORTAL_DRY_RUN is on, checkout stays in Stripe TEST.
- Automatic weekly upload becomes available after 4 weeks live and 4 approved uploads. You can turn it off any time.
