Kinetico Registrations: what it is and what it costs
Kinetico warranty registrations, prepared from your ServiceTitan reports and submitted after your approval. A one-time setup fee, then pay per confirmed registration. This is the commercial MA module, not the WDW Hub Kinetico module.

You will need
- An active Kinetico dealer account.
- A registrations-only Kinetico portal user.
- ServiceTitan with scheduled install reports.

Then you pay only for confirmed registrations, billed monthly:

No contract and no minimum. Lewis County, WA sales tax of 8% applies. TEST default — confirm DOR before live invoicing.
Checkout stays in Stripe TEST while PORTAL_DRY_RUN is on. Live keys are rejected.
Billing questions
- What counts as a registration?
- One serial number that Kinetico confirms as registered. Rejected or duplicate submissions are not billed.
- When am I billed?
- The setup fee is charged at sign-up. Usage is invoiced monthly in arrears. On this host, checkout stays in Stripe TEST.
- Can I cancel?
- Yes. There is no contract and no minimum. See the Terms of Service.
