• Customer and install data you send us: ServiceTitan report contents such as customer names, install addresses, and equipment serial numbers.
• Portal credentials: the registrations-only Kinetico portal user you provide, stored in a secret manager.
• Billing information: handled by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers.
• Usage and log data: sign-in events, uploads and errors, used to run and secure the service.

2. How we use it
