1. Who we are

These terms are an agreement between Mattson Automation ([LEGAL ENTITY NAME AND STATE], "we") and the business that signs up ("you"). They cover Mattson Automation modules, including Kinetico Registrations.

2. Your account and authority

The person signing up confirms they are authorized to bind the business. You are responsible for your users and for keeping sign-in details secure.

3. The Kinetico Registrations service

We prepare Kinetico warranty registrations from reports you send us and submit them to the Kinetico dealer portal using a registrations-only portal user you provide. You confirm you are an authorized Kinetico dealer and that you may let us act in the portal for you. Until automatic upload is enabled, nothing is submitted without your approval. Once you enable automatic upload, you authorize weekly submissions until you turn it off.

4. Your data and responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the reports and information you provide, and for having the right to share your customers' information with us for this purpose. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Kinetico or ServiceTitan.

5. Fees and billing

Fees are shown on the pricing page: a one-time setup fee and per-registration usage billed monthly, plus applicable sales tax. TEST checkout uses Stripe test mode only. Live keys are rejected. Payments are processed by Stripe. [LATE PAYMENT / SUSPENSION TERMS]. [REFUND POLICY FOR SETUP FEE].

6. Cancellation
